Questions about the TV Schedule
Where do I find W Network's full TV Schedule?
There are many convenient ways to access W Network schedule information on our website. Please note that all schedule information currently defaults to Eastern time.
ON TV - At the left-hand side of every page, [just under the "Beauty & Style" tab], you will see the "ON TV" tab. Click on this item to find a drop down menu that will allow you to see W's current programming. At the bottom of the ON TV menu you will see a
FULL SCHEDULE menu. Click on this to access our full daily schedule.
WHAT'S ON RIGHT NOW - Near the top right-hand side of every page, [just under the "Video" tab] is WHAT'S ON NOW with a listing of what's playing on W Network at the exact moment you land on our site. Immediately to the right of the show name you will see another link to the Full Schedule. Click on this link to access our full dailyschedule.
PAGE VIEWS - Our FULL SCHEDULE page also offers various views of our programming schedule. For example, by clicking on one of the tabs at the top of the page you can see our schedule in a DAILY SCHEDULE or WEEKLY format. Also, you can select the MOVIES ON W tab to view just the movies in our schedule. Select the WMOVIES and WMOVIES Weekly tabs to see the upcoming schedule for our new sister station, W Movies.
How can I see shows times for my time zone?
At the top of the DAILY and WEEK AT A GLANCE schedule pages there is a drop-down menu that defaults to the "Eastern" time zone. If you would like to see the schedule for another time zone, simply select the correct zone from the drop down list and the schedule will update the information accordingly. Note: There isn't currently a drop down menu for time zones in the MOVIES section. Both the Eastern and Pacific broadcast times for movies are indicated along with the broadcast date.
Where can I find an item I saw on a W show?
Resource Guides
Many of the Canadian Original Productions on W Network provide resource information. You'll find this information in the episode details on our Show Pages. To get started, pick the show you're interested in from the list on our All Shows Page.
Why can't I see the resource guides?
Most of our resource guides open in a new browser window as PDF documents. You will need the free program Adobe Reader to view or print them, if you don't have it already.
Here's what to do: Before you download, save the resource guide page link to your 'Favourites' or 'Bookmarks' in your browser menu so you can find it again easily. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and then restart your computer. Then open your browser again, go to your 'Favourites' or 'Bookmarks' list, open the resource guide page you saved and click the link again.

Can I hire Candice Olson of Divine Design for a design project in my home?

Why can't I see the pictures on the Divine Design microsite?
The Divine Design website operates in Flash, so upgrading your browser and Flash will probably allow you to see the pictures. Here's what to do:
- Download the Latest Version of Your Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer or for Mozilla Firefox
- Download Flash
How do I find out where Candice shops for Divine Design? How can I find resources for a particular episode I saw?
Step 1
Visit the Divine Design show microsite.
- Close the Upcoming Episodes at the top right side of the screen
- Move your mouse over View Episode at bottom left
- Select Switch Episode in the menu that appears
- What is the number of the episode you’re looking for? Use this list to find your episode in the corresponding Series (Episode 1–145, Series 100-1100).
- Select the Series number for the episode you want to view (look to the far Info Window on the right side of the screen for the Series list)
- Select your episode or click the More arrow at the bottom of the Main Divine Design Window until you see your episode. Move your mouse over View Episode and then select Catalogue and Where Does Candice Shop to find the resource information of interest.
Note: If you still can’t view the pictures, it may be due to the speed of your internet connection and your computer may be having difficulties with processing the site.

W does not offer this type of service. However, refer to our online

Info on Shows No Longer Airing
Where can I find contact information and/or information related to a show that’s no longer airing on W?
We generally can’t maintain information on programs with contracts that have expired or that have not been included in our schedule for more than a year. Keep up to speed on our current W Network programming line-up by visiting our

Style by Jury is no longer in production and the producers aren’t currently seeking participants. Refer to our

How can I enter contests?
Go to the Contest page, within the Fun Stuff section, and follow the rules and instructions for the contest you'd like to enter.
Why won't the contest entry form accept my postal code?
- Ensure that you you aren't using the number '0' (zero) for the letter 'O' or vice versa
- Safari may try to auto-correct your postal code to create a Zip Code. Try an alternate browser or turn Safari’s web form features off.
I want to enter a contest, but I can't access the page. How can I enter?
Pop-up blockers in browsers may prevent some contest graphics from appearing. Turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to view the contest pages. You may also want to make sure the cookies on your computer are enabled. If you still can't access a contest page or download an entry form, we recommend that you close out of Wnetwork.com and log on again a little while later to try again.
One Entry Per Day
Some of W's contests allow only only one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, per day. Please check the rules for the particular contest you wish to enter. For the purposes of our contests, one day is defined as 24 hours. Note: If you enter a contest with a rule of one entry per day, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you enter again or your entries won't be valid.
How can I find out who won a contest?
After we draw the contest winner(s), we notify them by telephone or mail, depending on the contest rules. Once we notify the winner(s), they must sign release forms and return them to us before we can announce their names. If you're a winner, you'll find out before your name is posted on our website. Check our Contest Winners page to see the winners of our recent contests.

What's Quick Click?
Quick Click can help you enter W contests quickly and efficiently. Instead of needing to re-type all your basic info (first name, email address, and so on) every time you enter a contest, you can simply log in to W and click the “quick click” button on the contest form. Then most of the fields will automatically populate.
To get started, you’ll need to fill out the extra fields on the edit profile page . Then get clicking! [Quick Click info is midway down the page.]
Please note that Quick Click is optional. Even if you have filled out the Quick Click section in your profile, you will always have the option to complete a contest form manually.

Why can't I see videos?
We’re sorry if you’re currently encountering difficulty playing our online videos. There are known issues with our video player in several versions of Firefox, and we are working to remedy them. If you would like to view our videos, we recommend you do so using Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8. Thank you for your patience.
Video clips on wnetwork.com are available for computers equipped with:

When I click on a video, why does a 'this content is not available' message show up?
- The video you're trying to see may no longer be available
- Our videos are available to Canadian viewers only. To check your internet provider's location
go to www.dnsstuff.com. Your internet provider's location will appear at the top right of the page.
I tried all of the above suggestions. Why can't I see the videos now?

Games FAQs
As a temporary solution to issues with Games loading too big or part
of the game being out of view, load your desired game and right+click
the game area with your mouse. Select the "Show All" option. This
will shrink the game and provide a full view.
Where are the games? Where is W Jongg?
All the W games, including W Jongg, can be found on the Games page, within the Fun Stuff section.
I'm having problems getting the game to load.
- Update your Flash Player. All our games are built in Flash. Please ensure that you have the most recent version of the Flash Player. For more information, or to update your player for free, please visit: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Clear your cache. The more you surf the web, the more temporary internet files get stored in your cache. When the cache gets very large, it can cause odd graphics problems. To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:
Go to TOOLS and choose INTERNET OPTIONS
Under "temporary internet files" click "delete files"
Note: The first time you re-visit your usual sites after you have cleared your cache, they may load a bit slower. This is normal. The next time you return, it will be back to usual speed.
- Close your browser windows & then re-open them.
If you have completed these three steps and are still experiencing difficulties with loading games, please contact us.
Can I make the game bigger?
Our games are optimized for play at a screen resolution of 800 x 600. You can play the games at any screen resolution, but if you have a higher resolution the games will appear smaller on the page.
To change your screen resolution (on PCs):
» go to your desktop (ie. close or minimize all your open windows)
» right-click the mouse button
» choose "properties"
» choose the "settings" tab (usually the last one on the right)
» change the "screen resolution" setting to 800x600
» click "OK"
Which browsers do the games work best in?
The W games have been tested to work on PCs (Internet Explorer & Firefox) as well as MACs (Safari & Firefox).
Can any of the games on wnetwork.com be downloaded to my computer?
At this time, downloadable versions of our games are not available.
Why do I see a "404 Page Not Found" Message?
If you see a "404 Page Not Found" message with the W Network logo, the link you clicked may be broken.
To notify us of a broken link, please note the following details:
- The name of the show
- The episode number
- The episode title
- The text of the link you clicked on
Please send the details through the Contact Us page. We'll fix the link on the site and notify you as soon as we can. Please note due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we may not be able to respond immediately.
How can I change the text font size?
You can increase or decrease the font size by selecting the VIEW button on your browser's navigation bar. Scroll down the menu to 'Text Size' and click on one of the options to increase or decrease the font size.

The show reminders feature is currently unavailable. We are working on optimizing this feature for our W Members and are currently aiming to bring it back in the future

We provide a selection of recipe resources for many of our W Network shows. Refer to the

W Membership
When I tried to register, why did I get the message: "Your selected Username already exists, please choose another"?
There are over half a million members signed up with Corus Entertainment, the parent company of W Network and other leading specialty channels. This message means the Username you selected has already been taken. To register, you'll need to enter an alternative username. Once you select a unique username and password you'll be able to complete your registration as a Wnetwork.com member.
I lost my password. How can I get it back?
If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, enter your e-mail address in the field on our
password retrieval page. Your username and password will be e-mailed to the account you registered with shortly.
My contact information has changed. How do I update my membership profile?
Log in and click on the
Edit Profile link at the top-right corner of the page. Change your details and click on 'Submit'.
How do I change the ranking of my categories?
All users can rank categories when they first visit the website. However, in order to edit your choices you will need to be logged in as a W member. If you are not currently a W member,
click here to join now. If you are a member, log in and visit your “edit preferences” page, and you will be able to change your category rankings at the top of the page.
How do I add a comment?
In order to use this feature, you must be a W Member, and you must be logged in to the website. (If you are not currently a W member,
click here to join now.) At the bottom of every article & tip, there is a blue bar titled “Send Us Your Comments”. Simply type your comment in the blank space provided and click “submit”. Please note that comments are moderated before they go live on the website, and so there may be a time delay of up to one business day before your comment appears.

How do I save my favourite items to my W page?
All content pages – articles, tips, Experts, Videos, and show microsites – have “+ to my W” icons near the top of the page. When you are logged in, simply click on the "+ to my W" icon. Your favourites will be saved in your personal My W page automatically. In order to use this feature, you must be a W Member, and you must be logged in to the website. Can anyone rate articles or tips?
Yes. You do not need to be logged in, or even be a W member, to rate content on W. Anyone can rate content by clicking on the RATE stars listed at the top of each article and tip.
How can I see my category and site favourites when I'm on another computer?
Your top content category choices and favourites are correlated to your My W membership. If you're not using your usual computer, simply log in with your user name and password and your personal settings will be applied.
When I'm on the W site, how do I get back to my own "My W" page?
There is a My W login area at the top right of the site. This is a global feature that travels with you no matter where you are on
www.wnetwork.com. When you are logged in, you will see a "
myWpage" link. Click on this link to go to your My W page. If you don't see this link, it means you will need to login first to get to your MyW page.

How do I subscribe to W Movies and how much does it cost?
Since packages and availability of W Movies may vary, we suggest
contacting your service provider directly and ask to have W Movies
added to your monthly subscription. Your service provider will be able
to provide comprehensive packaging information and get you started.
Currently our channel carriers are: Bell, Rogers, Shaw Direct, and MTS.
Will I be able to get W Movies if I previously subscribed to Sex TV or Drive-In Classics?
W Movies is carried by many different service providers through a variety of different packages. Not all service providers that carried Drive-In Classics or Sex TV are currently offering W Movies. Please contact your service provider for more information regarding carriage and packaging.
