SCHEDULE

How can I see show times for my time zone?
Use the dropdown menu beside the schedule date at the top of the page. Select your time zone from the list.

What channel is W on my TV?
Find your satellite or cable provider and the corresponding channel for W Network below. If you don't find your provider listed below, and you can't find W Network in your channel guide, contact your TV provider to find out how to get W Network.

New! W is now Part of the Bell Digital Basic Package (available to Ontario Expressvu customers).

The W Network specialty channel is not currently available outside of Canada and is not affiliated with any other international networks. However, international audiences may use our website resources.

Why can't I see the resource guides?

Most of our resource guides open in a new browser window as PDF documents. You will need the free program Adobe Reader to view or print them if you don't have it already. Before you download, save the page with your resource guide link to your 'Favourites' or 'Bookmarks' in your browser menu so you can find it again easily. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and then restart your computer. Then open your browser again, go to your 'Favourites' or 'Bookmarks' list, open the page you saved and click the link again.

Why do I see 404 Page Not Found?

If you see a 404 Page Not Found message with the W Network logo, the link may be broken. To notify us of a broken link, please note the following details:

The name of the show
The episode number
The episode title
The text of the link you clicked on

Please send the details through the Contact Us page. We'll fix the link on the site and notify you as soon as we can. Please note due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we may not be able to respond immediately.

Divine Design Help

Why can't I see the pictures?
The Divine Design website operates in Flash, so upgrading your browser and Flash will probably allow you to see the pictures. Here's what to do:

How do I find the episode I saw?

What is the number of the Divine Design episode you saw on W Network? If you saw the show recently, check the list of recently aired episodes. Click on Previous Episodes
If you know the episode name, check the episodes list
Go to Divine Design on W
Close the Upcoming Episodes at the top right side of the screen
Move your mouse over View Episode at bottom left
Select Switch Episode in the menu that appears
What is the number of the episode you’re looking for? Use this list to find your episode in the corresponding Series.

Select the Series number for the episode you want to view (look to the far Info Window on the right side of the screen for the Series list)
Select your episode or click the More arrow at the bottom of the Main Divine Design Window until you see your episode
Double click on the picture
Click on the arrow at the bottom of the Main Divine Design Window
Move your mouse over View Episode in the menu at the bottom
In the Info Window on the right side of the screen, select Catalogue and you'll be able to mouse over the items in the pictures in the Main Divine Design Window and see the supplier contact info in the Info Window on the right side of the screen
Select Where Does Candice Shop? in the menu that appears
The list of suppliers will appear in the Main Divine Design Window
Click on the I (info) beside an item to see supplier contact information
You can click on Take a Closer Look in the Info Window on the right side of the screen. When you move your mouse over an item you like, the name and/or product number will show up.

Note: If you still can’t view the pictures, your internet connection may be too slow to process the site.

Why can't I see videos?
Video clips on wnetwork.com are available for computers equipped with:

PC and Mac operating systems
The latest versions of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox (Download the latest version of your browser here: Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox)

Can I watch full episodes of shows on Wnetwork.com?

Our all-new The Smart Woman Survival Guide mini-site includes Full episodes from Season 3 airs streamed on-line. Currently, full episodes of other shows aren’t included as part of our WNetwork.com website.

When I click on a video, why does a 'this content is not available' message show up?

•  The video you're trying to see may no longer be available
•  Our videos are available to Canadian viewers only. To check your internet provider's
   location go to www.dnsstuff.com. Your internet provider's location will appear at the top-
   right of the page.

I tried all of the above suggestions. Why can't I see the videos now?

Please send the following details through the Contact Us page and we'll try to assist you.

•  Your operating system (PC, Mac)
•  Your browser name and version number
•  A description of the issue

GAMES

Having trouble with one of W's games? Go to W's Games FAQ page for the answers to common technical problems that affect game play.

CONTESTS

How can I enter contests?
Go to the Current Contests page and follow the rules and instructions for the contest you'd like to enter.

Why won't the contest entry form accept my postal code?

•  Check you aren't using the number '0' (zero) for the letter 'O' or vice versa
•  Safari may try to auto-correct your postal code to create a Zip Code. Try
   an alternate browser or turn Safari’s web form features off.

I want to enter a contest, but I can't access the page. How can I enter?
Pop-up blockers in browsers may prevent some contest graphics from appearing. Turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to view the contest pages. You may also want to make sure the cookies on your computer are enabled. If you still can't access a contest page or download an entry form, we recommend that you close out of Wnetwork.com and log on again a little while later to try again.

One Entry Per Day
Some of W's contests allow only only one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, per day. Please check the rules for the particular contest you wish to enter. For the purposes of our contests, one day is defined as 24 hours. Note: If you enter a contest with a rule of one entry per day, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you enter again or your entries won't be valid.

How can I find out who won a contest?
After we draw the contest winner(s), we notify them by telephone or mail, depending on the contest rules. Once we notify the winner(s), they must sign release forms and return them to us before we can announce their names. If you're a winner, you'll find out before your name is posted on our website. Check our Contest Winners page to see the winners of our recent contests.

How do send the e-cards that are on your website?
Click here for the current selection of e-cards on Wnetwork.com. You don't have to be a member to send W's free e-cards. Click on the card you want to send and step-by-step instructions will appear to guide you.

TEXT MESSAGES

W MEMBERS

When I tried to register, why did the website say, "Your selected Username already exists, please choose another"?
There are over half a million members signed up with Corus Entertainment, the parent company of W Network and other leading specialty channels. This message means the Username you selected has already been taken. To register, you'll need to enter an alternative username. Once you select a unique username and password you'll be able to complete your registration as a Wnetwork.com member.

I lost my password. How can I get it back?
If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, enter your e-mail address in the field on our password retrieval page. Your username and password will be e-mailed to the account you registered with shortly.

My contact information has changed. How do I update my membership profile?

Log in and click on the Edit Profile link at the top-right corner of the page. Change your details and click on 'Submit'.

How can I unsubscribe from W's newsletter?

You can also go to your e-mail inbox, open a message from Wnetwork.com and click on the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom.

How do I use the 'Remind Me' buttons in the schedule?

W Members can set e-mail reminders so they never miss their favourite shows. Members can sign in and click the 'Remind Me' button within the show schedules or upcoming episodes pages of their favourite shows. Use our Show Menu dropdown at the top right corner of the page to navigate to show pages you'd like to set reminders for.

If you're not a W Member yet, sign up now and any time you sign in you can click on 'Remind Me' to set your show reminders.

How can I cancel my show reminders?

Send your request for to cancel show reminders from our Contact Us page, including your member name, e-mail address and the name(s) of the show(s) you'd like to cancel reminders for.

Can you remind me about other events?

W Members can use our e-mail health reminders so they never miss an important doctor's appointment again. You can also set up special event reminders so you never forget to send birthday wishes to friends and family, offer congratulations on anniversaries or other events. When you receive your reminder, you can visit our e-cards section to send out one of our free e-greeting cards.

How can I cancel my reminders?

Send a message from our Contact Us page with your member name, e-mail address and the name(s) of the reminder(s) you'd like to cancel.

How can I post on the message boards?

Where can I find contact information and/or information related to a show that’s no longer airing on W?

We generally can’t maintain information on programs with contracts that have expired or that have not been included in our schedule for more than a year. Keep up to speed on our current W Network programming line-up by visiting our schedule.

ORDERING COPIES OF A SHOW

Is it possible to order a copy of a W Network show?

Currently, we’re unable to provide copies of our programs, because W Network does not offer this type of service. We typically carry the broadcast rights only and are not able to distribute copies. However, you might want to refer back to our Daily Schedule for updated schedule information and potential repeat air dates.
