Sheri & Steve are former city dwellers, who moved to the suburbs to start a family. They would like to update and urbanize their country-feeling basement to better reflect their young personalities. Even though they live in the ‘burbs, they want a space that their chic downtown friends would be proud to call their own. The job is so big, that they are afraid to start. They have no idea which colours will help to that downtown feel to their suburban home.

Chris & Cindy recently purchased a 3 bedroom home the perfect size for them, daughter Sophia and the new baby on the way. It seemed like the perfect place until they discovered they were having twins a boy and a girl. Now in the midst of renovations to create more space, they have to figure out how to make their nursery work for both a boy and a girl. They have no idea how to create space that is gender neutral without being boring. Can colour create a space that is inviting and fun, which works for both a girl and a boy?

Petula’s life is equally divided between two worlds the laid back charm of her picturesque beachside neighbourhood and the hustle-bustle of her busy downtown job. She has decorated most of her home to reflect the quiet restful vibe of her private life. For her Home Office, however, she would prefer a funkier, more urban feel something that is more indicative the fast-paced career-girl side of her personality. She loves everything high-tech but doesn’t know how to incorporate technology into the décor, without making the room feel too masculine.
