Ken Kostick, host of He Said, She Said with Ken & Mary JoThrough his recent cooking/entertainment show, Countertop to Table Cuisine, along with the cult favourite, What's for Dinner?, two-time Gemini-nominee Ken Kostick has become a household name across Canada.

The author of 12 bestselling cookbooks, the most recent, Countertop to Table Cuisine, and a regular on the Shopping Channel, Ken has successfully sold his Miracle Soup Pot as well as Ken Kostick branded food products.

With Mary Jo Eustace, Ken’s high energy personality can be found every morning on 103.9 ProudFM in Toronto as the co-host of What’s for Breakfast.

Ken supports charities such as Second Harvest, Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity and Food for Life. His relationship with his mother and his love for his two Chihuahua’s Napoleon and Josephine along his approach to healthy cooking has earned him a strong following of loyal viewers and fans over the years.

But this talented Culinary Institute graduate has also written for the bestselling anthology The Other Woman, marked her musical debut with the release of the CD Bone and Marrow and will soon be launching a skin care line.

Mary Jo has been featured on Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood and The Today Show. With Ken Kostick, she is the co-host of What’s for Breakfast on 103.9 ProudFM and has been a spokesperson for Kellogg’s, Natrel and Campbell’s.

The mother of two, Mary Jo is an active supporter of children’s charities.
